一、扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)介
The simple introduce about torsion rig
該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)主要用于零部件的檢測(cè)。被測(cè)試試樣安裝在可調(diào)整空間的夾具之間，可適應(yīng)不同的被測(cè)試試樣扭轉(zhuǎn)力學(xué)性能的試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)臺(tái)采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制操作，可進(jìn)行扭矩、峰值、角度、曲線等數(shù)據(jù)的采集；顯示器顯示被測(cè)試零件的扭矩-時(shí)間，扭角-時(shí)間，扭矩-扭角試驗(yàn)曲線；可以實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、考取、打印試驗(yàn)報(bào)表等。
The rig is mainly used for detecting the parts. The detected samples are installed between the fixtures which can adjust the test of torsion behavior of all kinds of detecting samples. The rig can collect data about torque, peak, angle and curve, which is operated by computer controlling. The screen displays the testing curve about detecting parts on torque-time, torque-torsional angle, torque- tensional angle. And it also can realize the testing data of preservation and the printing of testing chart.
